Xavier López
Xavier founded the Company in 1997 and as KidZania's CEO, he leads the Company's overall operation, finance, and concept development. Prior to founding La Ciudad de los Niños/KidZania, Xavier was a Vice President in GE Capital’s Private Equity Group, and a Principal at Booz Allen and Hamilton Mexico. As a BAH management consultant, Xavier worked with a wide range of industrial and consumer product companies, focusing on new product development strategies.
Born in 1964, Xavier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Maricruz Arrubarrena
Maricruz Arrubarrena serves as the Director of Sponsorships and Social Responsibility. Previous to KidZania, Maricruz helped develop and implement the Credit Management System and the Bank Operation and Housing Finance Fund, where her duties were focused on credit analysis and financial support through commercial banks and Limited Object Financial Societies (SOFOLES).

Hernan Barbieri
Hernan Barbieri serves as Director for Operations. He was previously the CEO at HSM Mexico and Director of Sales for MTV Latin America. Hernan has also worked for highly recognized companies such as Metro Gas, Nextel, AMEX, and Santander Bank Rio, with positions in commercial and marketing areas. Hernan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from UCES.

Andrew Darrow
Andrew Darrow has served as Executive Vice President of International Business Development since 2007 directing KidZania's growth strategy, leading its global expansion and overseeing its business affairs. Previously, Darrow served as a senior executive at Interpublic Group's Octagon Worldwide and U.S. television network NBC. He has also held positions as an entertainment attorney, an A&R executive at MCA Records and at Overland Management where he guided the careers of Talking Heads, Eurythmics, the B-52s and the Ramones. He began his career as an agent at ICM. Mr. Darrow holds a Bachelor of Arts from Haverford College and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law.

Cammie Dunaway
Cammie Dunaway joined in October 2010 to serve as CEO for KidZania United States and head of KidZania’s Global Marketing. Cammie previously held worldwide positions at Nintendo of America, Yahoo! and Frito-Lay. Cammie has an MBA from Harvard University and has been the recipient of multiple global marketing awards for her outstanding performance.

Andrés Fabre
Andrés is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years in the aviation business. He started his career as a pilot for Mexicana Airlines, where he served for over 7 years.
Before joining KidZania, Andrés was CEO of Aviacsa, where he was invited to lead the restructuring of the airline and prepare it for the re-start of operations. Prior to Aviacsa, he was Chief Operating Officer for Aerolíneas Argentinas, initiating the transformation into a world-class airline.
Before Aerolíneas Argentinas, Mr. Fabre was selected by the shareholders of Volaris to become the first employee of the company, responsible of the start up and operational certification of the airline from scratch, while playing a key role in the design of the value proposition, culture and business model. He served as Technical and Operations Director for 3 years and then he was appointed Chief Operating Officer.
He also contributed in Mas Cargo Air- LAN Airlines Group as Director of Operations and as Safety Manager.
Andrés has been involved with the travel and hospitality industry since he was 15, working at his family’s travel agencies, and is also an entrepreneur founding an innovative human-centric office-cleaning business.
Andrés Fabre was born in Paris, France. He is an air transport pilot, holds a Bachelor in Business Administration specialized in Tourism and post graduate courses on Finance.

Erick Fegoso
Erick Fegoso serves as the Director of KidZania Mexico. He oversees the operation of the facilities handled by KidZania Mexico, leads the sales strategy and drives business growth. Prior to joining KidZania in July, 2011, Erick was the Operations Director at Compass Group, was COO of City Express Hotel chain and spent 12 years at McDonald in finance, supply chain and operations.

Carlos Guerra
Carlos Guerra serves as Director for Human Resources for KidZania. Carlos began his career at Levi Strauss & Co. in Internal Communications and Training. He then worked at 3M in Planning and Organizational Development. For seven years, he worked at Danone Group, in the Beverages Division and Dairy Division, during which he held several positions including: Head of Human Resource Operations, Labor Relations, Security, and Organization Development. Carlos holds a teaching degree from Universidad Panamericana in México City.

Christopher Overley
Christopher Overley joined KidZania in April 2011 as Merchandising General Manager and oversees the global merchandising strategy. Prior to joining KidZania, he was a General Manager and Head of Product Development at RE:Creation Group Asia and also the Director of Product Development at Manley toys LTD.

Mark Snell
Mark Snell is the Chief Experience Officer. He joined KidZania in May, 2011 and oversees and supports the generation of new ideas and concepts that improve the KidZania Experience. He is in charge of content, theming and the national archive. Prior to joining KidZania Mark worked in creative planning, direction and design with Jack Morton Worldwide and also managed and built client relationships and led multidisciplinary creative teams at Jack Rouse Associates.

Sixto Uribe
Sixto Uribe serves as Chief Financial Officer for KidZania, as an accountant and lawyer specializing in Tax Law and Activity-Based Costing. Previously he served as Global CFO for Ajegroup Holding, S.A. (Big Cola), where he opened businesses in America, Europe, and Asia, and as a Controller at Mexican Railway Group (a subsidiary of Grupo Mexico). Sixto holds an MBA from ITAM in Mexico City.
