What is KidZania?

KidZania is one of the fastest growing kid’s interactive entertainment brands in the world. It is an interactive kids’ city combining inspiration, fun and learning through realistic role-play for children 3-14. Kids independently explore an 80,000 square foot kid-sized city with over 100 exciting careers that they can try.


Role-Playing

At KidZania, children ages 3 to 14 have the opportunity of having adult-like experiences while assuming the role of firemen, construction workers, police officers, and fashion designers, among others. Role-playing is an essential ingredient in the concept’s experience.

Activities

There are more than 100 activities in KidZania game based learning park. One can become a pilot, a doctor, a photographer, create television programs, work at the radio or in construction, search for ancient artifacts and deduce new scientific formulas. Then get paid, take off the uniform and go to the cinema or to a cafe as a visitor.

Experiential Learning

Role-play is a form of Experiential Learning and is an effective educational tool as it encourages children to become active participants in their learning. Children can move about, put themselves in someone else’s shoes, wear a costume and use props, communicate and make decisions in character.
